• Payment Information: We collect payment method details, billing addresses, and transaction information. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors (Fincra, Paystack) in accordance with their privacy policies.

• Usage Data: We collect information about how you access and use our Service, including login timestamps, last login times, and interaction patterns.
• Device Information: We may collect information about your device, including browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.

• LinkedIn: If you connect a LinkedIn account, we may receive identifiers, profile information (such as display name and profile image), and other data that LinkedIn exposes to our app based on the permissions you grant.
• TikTok: If you connect a TikTok account, we may receive identifiers, profile information (such as display name and profile image), and other data that TikTok exposes to our app based on the permissions you grant.
• X (Twitter): If you connect an X account, we may receive identifiers, profile information (such as display name and profile image), and other data that X exposes to our app based on the permissions you grant.
• Payment Processors: Payment processors (Fincra, Paystack) may share transaction information with us for order fulfillment and customer support.

4. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

4.1 Third-Party Service Providers

• Firebase (Google): We use Firebase for authentication, database storage, and file storage. Your data is stored on Google's servers in accordance with Google's privacy policy.
• Facebook: We use Facebook's SDK and Graph API for login, sharing, and posting functionality. When you use Facebook features, your data is shared with Facebook in accordance with Facebook's Data Policy. This includes sharing content to Facebook, posting to your Facebook timeline, and accessing Facebook Pages for Instagram integration.
• LinkedIn: When you connect LinkedIn, information needed to identify your account and perform actions you request (such as posting) is processed by LinkedIn and by us as described in this policy, subject to LinkedIn's privacy policy and your app permissions.
• TikTok: When you connect TikTok, information needed to identify your account and perform actions you request (such as posting) is processed by TikTok and by us as described in this policy, subject to TikTok's privacy policy and your app permissions.
• X (Twitter): When you connect X, information needed to identify your account and perform actions you request (such as posting) is processed by X and by us as described in this policy, subject to X's privacy policy and your app permissions.
• Payment Processors: We share payment information with Fincra and Paystack to process transactions. These processors have their own privacy policies governing the use of your payment information.
• Google OAuth: When you sign in with Google, your authentication is handled by Google in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

4.2 Public Information

• Campaigns, products, and content you publish may be publicly accessible, depending on your settings.
• Embedded waitlist and poll forms may be accessible to anyone with the link or embedded code.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or comply with a legal process.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information:

• Data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS protocols
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
• We use Firebase's secure infrastructure for data storage
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Social media integrations

ShareViral lets you connect external social accounts—for example from the Connect Accounts area—including Facebook (and related Meta/Instagram features where you enable them), LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter). Each platform processes data under its own policies. We only use connected accounts to provide features you use (such as showing linked profiles in your dashboard and publishing content when you ask us to).

You can disconnect a linked account from ShareViral where the product supports it (for example, using the disconnect control next to a connected account). Revoking access in the platform's own app or website settings may also limit what we can do on your behalf.

6.1 Facebook App Details

We use Facebook's SDK (Software Development Kit) to enable Facebook login, sharing, and posting features. Our Facebook App ID is configured to provide these services. When you interact with Facebook features on our platform, you are also subject to Facebook's Terms of Service and Data Policy.

6.2 Facebook Login Dialog

When you choose to use Facebook login or share content via Facebook, you will be presented with a Facebook login dialog. This dialog is provided by Facebook and allows you to:

• Log in to Facebook (if not already logged in)
• Grant permissions for our app to access your Facebook profile information
• Authorize posting to your Facebook timeline
• Grant access to your Facebook Pages (for Instagram integration)

6.3 Facebook Permissions Requested

Our app may request the following Facebook permissions:

• Basic Profile Information: Name, email address, and profile picture (for login and account creation)
• Publish Actions: Permission to post content to your Facebook timeline when you choose to share
• Pages Show List: Access to view your Facebook Pages (required for Instagram Business Account integration)
• Instagram Basic: Permission to access your Instagram Business Account connected to your Facebook Page (for Instagram posting)

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Facebook account settings under "Apps and Websites."

6.4 How We Use Facebook Data

• To post content to your Facebook timeline when you explicitly choose to do so

6.5 Facebook Share Dialog

When you use the Facebook share feature, we use Facebook's Share Dialog, which allows you to share content to Facebook without requiring login. The Share Dialog is provided by Facebook and operates according to Facebook's policies. We do not have access to information about who you share content with or how they interact with your shared content.

6.6 Facebook Data Storage

We may store the following Facebook-related information:

• Facebook user ID (if you use Facebook login)
• Facebook post IDs (when content is posted to Facebook, we store the post ID for reference)
• Facebook Page IDs (if you connect Facebook Pages for Instagram integration)

We do not store your Facebook access tokens on our servers. Access tokens are managed securely by Facebook's SDK and are only used during active sessions.

When you connect LinkedIn, LinkedIn's authorization flow determines what we can access. We use that connection to identify your account in ShareViral and to perform actions you initiate (such as posting or scheduling content), in line with LinkedIn's developer and member terms. Data LinkedIn shares with us may include profile identifiers, display name, profile image, and tokens or credentials as required for the integration to function securely.

When you connect TikTok, TikTok's authorization and APIs determine what we can access. When you connect an X account, X's authorization and APIs determine what we can access. Data X shares with us may include profile identifiers, display name, profile image, and related metadata needed for the integration.

7. Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors:

• Fincra: We use Fincra to process payments. Fincra's privacy policy applies to payment data processed through their service.
• Paystack: We use Paystack for subscription and checkout processing where configured. Paystack's privacy policy applies to payment data processed through their service.

We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Payment information is securely transmitted to and processed by our payment processors in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
